With this option active you can buy, repair & identify for free at any merchant.
8 - Freeze Development Points
While this option is active your development points can't neither increase nor decrease.

While this option is active your development points will be kept at 1337.
Numpad 0 - 31337 Strength
While this option is active your strength stat will be kept at 31337.
Numpad 1 - 31337 Dexterity
While this option is active your dexterity stat will be kept at 31337.
Numpad 4 - 31337 Knowledge
While this option is active your knowledge stat will be kept at 31337.
Numpad 7 - 31337 Vitality
While this option is active your vitality stat will be kept at 31337.
Numpad 2 - Never Reload
Some weapons (eg. double-barrel shotgun) has more than one shot in it and that requires you to reload after shooting out the shots. However, when you have this option on your weapons ammo won't decrease.
Numpad 5 - Freeze Durability
While this option is active durability of your items can't neither increase nor decrease.
Numpad 6 - Repair Items
When this option is active and you hover your mouse over a item, it will be fully repaired (max durability).
